Rohan Wattley
Event Manager
Born and raised in the heart of Slough, Berkshire in a Caribbean household, Rohan grew to love tennis around the age of 7. He was a regularly competitive junior player representing his county on numerous occasions. His passion and zeal for the sport led him to be awarded a division 1 scholarship in the United States of America, moving to the city of Chicago whereby he studied finance and business management.
After living, studying and working in the USA, Rohan is now back in London working as a project/events manager and runs a mobile mini golf company which started before he graduated.
His love for the game however has never died, continues to play when he can and encourages people to pick up the sport as he believes tennis contributed to his physical, social, mental and tactical knowledge.

Lara Suarez-Neves
Brand Manager
Raised in London by Spanish and Portuguese parents, Lara's love for tennis began by playing with her dad in the local park and blossomed into training and competing as a junior. Lara transitioned from player to coach whilst studying for a degree in sport science and went into full-time coaching after graduating.
Later, she pursued a passion for art and design by studying graphic design at Camberwell College of Arts. After a few more twists and turns - living abroad several times and becoming a mother to two daughters, Lara is now working as a freelance graphic & brand identity designer.
Lara's loves working with tennis businesses, as she brings a unique understanding and perspective of the industry to her creative work. Nothing inspires her more than working with people who wear their heart on their sleeve and have values that align with her own, particularly in bringing tennis to new audiences and growing a love for the sport we feel passionate about.

Tomi Anderson
Photographer
Tomi (of British and Nigerian heritage) is a South London, born and raised high energy, personality, presenter and content creator. Well known for his trendy fashion, great sense of humour and lifestyle, Tomi aims to put a smile on his viewers faces whilst opening them to a variety of experiences and cultures they may have never explored.
Tomi has been working with Arum since 2023 and is excited to be a part of this new project.
"Working with Arum so far has given me a profound insight on the current state of the tennis scene, for young ethnic minorities, as well as where he is continuously working to propel it. For me this is something special and worth keeping an eye on! He's simply giving the younger generation who grew up in similar neighbourhoods as me (and faced the same challenges as I did) the opportunity to explore and excel in the world of tennis".
