We are delighted to have Coach Joe on board as a Black Tennis Mentor. Similarly to Tiffany, Coach Joe also spend a few years as a professional player on tour, and in this episode, he talks about his experience moving to an academy in Spain, and how it impacted his personal life. Now transitioned from player to coach, Joe is keen to use his lived experience to support other players with their development, but specifically delving into the sport psychology behind the parent/child athlete relationship, something which he experienced with his dad being his first coach!
